MOROGO (SPINACH) AND SESWAA (POUNDED MEAT)

INGREDIENTS FOR SESWAA
Seswaa serves 6
1 kg brisket
Water 1 chopped large onion
Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Place the brisket, the onion and seasoning in the saucepan. Cover with water and cook about 2 ½ until soft
- Drain liquid and pound the meat until flaky. Remove the bones
INGREDIENTS FOR MOROGO 1 kg bean leaves 2 chopped onions 125 ml water 1 teaspoon of oil Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Place Morogo and chopped onion in a saucepan and add the water and oil
- Boil for 15 minutes, stirring continuously
- Season with salt and pepper
Serve with pap!
