J'Something Coconito brownies

Ingredients
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
  • 1 Food Processor Good Quality one
  • Baking tray 20x20cm
  • Baking Paper
  • Spatula
  • Measuring Tools
INGREDIENTS
  • 120 g Lindt 70% Dark Chocolate
  • 2 ripe Avos
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 3/4 coconut sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 orange Optional
  • Handful of almonds Optional

  • 1 Food Processor Good Quality one
  • Baking tray 20x20cm
  • Baking Paper
  • Spatula
  • Measuring Tools
INGREDIENTS
  • 120 g Lindt 70% Dark Chocolate
  • 2 ripe Avos
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 3/4 coconut sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 orange Optional
  • Handful of almonds Optional
Instructions
  1. Pre Heat the oven to 180ºC
  2. Line your baking tray with the baking paper
  3. Melt half the chocolate in the microwave until it’s melted and smooth.
  4. "Mush" the avo with a fork and add to a food processor along with the coconut sugar, instant coffee, and the vanilla and pulse until its smooth. With your spatula don’t be afraid to just clean the sides every now and then.
  5. Now we add the melted chocolate and mix until it’s combined.
  6. Next we add the eggs and mix.
  7. Now it’s time for the cocoa powder, coconut flour, and salt. Mix all together until it’s well combined.
  8. Take the other half of the chocolate and break up into small pieces. These are the list bits we want to bite into when we dig in. Remove the blade from the food processor and add the chocolate bits.
