Reza Mahammad

Reza Mahammad is the hugely popular TV chef, author and owner of the renowned Star of India restaurant in Kensington, London.  He has received high praise for his last three series Food Network series Reza’s African Kitchen, Reza, Spice Prince of India and Reza, Spice Prince of Thailand/Spice Prince of Vietnam. He also completed a new 25 episode series with the Giggling Gourmet Jenny Morris, entitled Reza and Jenny’s Food Academy.

Drawing from his encyclopaedic knowledge of Indian food, Reza combines Indian and Western flavours to stunning effect, delivered in his informal, humorous style.
