Kids Easter Egg Chocolate Brownies

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup melted butter

¼ cup cocoa powder

½ cup sugar

1 egg

½ teaspoon vanilla essence

¼ teaspoon baking powder

½ cup flour

pinch of salt

¼ cup chocolate chips

2 Easter eggs

 

TOOLS NEEDED

Large bowl

Small bowl

Sieve

Wooden spoon

Measuring cups

Measuring spoons

Baking paper

Baking tray

Knife

 

Oven: 160 Deg

Prep time: 10 Min

 

Cooking time: 15 Min

METHOD

Set the oven at 160 degrees.

Lightly grease your foil tray with butter or spray with cooking spray.

In your large bowl, mix the butter and sugar with a wooden spoon until well blended.

Crack an egg into the mixture and mix in well until nice and creamy.

Add vanilla essence and mix well.

Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix everything together.

Put mixture into your greased foil tray. Spread evenly and into the corners.

Cut up your Easter eggs into small pieces and place over your brownie mixture.

Bake for 9-10 minutes in the oven until set.

Remove from oven and allow to cool.
